This Privacy Policy explains how UKH Groups (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you use www.ukhgroups.com or contact us. We process personal data in line with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its implementing regulations.

02What we collect

• Quotation requests: name, company, designation, email, phone or WhatsApp number, service required, project location, required date, your message and any file you attach (such as a BOQ, RFQ or material list).
• Messages: what you send us by email, together with your contact details.
• Job applications: your CV and any details you send to careers@ukhgroups.com.
• Technical data: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard request logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to operate and secure the website.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

03Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare quotations and proposals.
• To communicate with you about your project, our services and any resulting agreement.
• To assess job applications.
• To operate, maintain and secure the website.
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

We process your data on the basis of your consent when you submit it to us, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and where required by law. We do not sell your personal data or use it for unrelated marketing.

04Who we share it with

We share personal data only where needed for the purposes above:

• Within the UKH Groups group companies, to handle your request.
• With government or regulatory authorities where the law requires it.

05Transfers outside Saudi Arabia

Some of our service providers store or process data outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Where this happens, we rely on providers that apply appropriate safeguards and handle transfers in line with the PDPL’s requirements for cross-border transfers.

06How long we keep it

• Quotation requests and correspondence: for as long as needed to respond and manage any business relationship, and afterwards only as long as required for legal and accounting records.
• CVs and job applications: up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

07Your rights

Under the PDPL you have the right to:

• ask us to correct, complete or update your personal data;
• ask us to delete it when it is no longer needed; and
• withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect processing already carried out).

08Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to business email accounts. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your request.

This website does not set analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It stores one setting in your browser’s local storage, your dark or light theme choice, so the site looks the way you chose on your next visit. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
