Health, Safety & Environment Policy

UKH Groups believes that all injuries, occupational illnesses and environmental incidents are preventable. The health and safety of our employees, our clients' personnel and the public, and the protection of the environment, take priority over every other business objective.

To achieve this, we will:

1. 01Comply with all applicable Saudi laws and regulations and with our clients' HSE requirements, including Saudi Aramco and Royal Commission standards where they apply.
2. 02Identify hazards and control risks through risk assessments, job safety analyses and permit-to-work systems before work begins.
3. 03Provide suitable personal protective equipment, safety inductions and training for every worker.
4. 04Inspect and maintain equipment so that it is safe to operate, and use only competent, certified operators.
5. 05Prevent pollution, minimise waste and use energy and resources responsibly on every site.
6. 06Encourage every worker to report hazards and near misses, and give everyone the authority to stop unsafe work.
7. 07Investigate incidents, share the lessons learned and continually improve our HSE performance.

This policy is communicated to all employees, reviewed regularly by management and made available to clients and interested parties on request.
