To achieve this, we will:

2. 02Deploy personnel with verified qualifications, certifications and experience for their role.
3. 03Supply equipment that is inspected, maintained and certified before it reaches site.
4. 04Source materials from reputable manufacturers and suppliers, with test certificates and documentation where required.
5. 05Meet agreed delivery and mobilisation schedules, and communicate early if anything changes.
6. 06Record and investigate client feedback and non-conformances, and act on them promptly.
7. 07Set measurable quality objectives, review our performance regularly and continually improve.

This policy is communicated to all employees, reviewed regularly by management and made available to clients and interested parties on request.
